Positions

Cashier

Experience is a plus but not required for cashier position. This position will consist of processing sales transactions on our POS cash register system, stocking product as received, and general and housekeeping procedures. A good attitude accompanied by a great smile will go a long way in these interviews. Wages usually start at minimum wage level depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements include the ability to be on your feet most of the day and to have a positive and motivated personality. Lifting (up to 50lbs), and some bending and squatting is also required.

Sales

If you have a history in sales at retail, please consider joining our sales team. This is generally a fulltime position. Experienced applicants will usually receive first priority for this position; however we will train any applicant who shows an aptitude for sales. We will train you in sales techniques that will make you successful. Our buying team will provide you with regular clinics so you are confident that you have the knowledge to properly sell all the brands we carry. Wages usually range from $9 to $12hr (including commissions) - depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements include the ability to be on your feet most of the day and to have a positive and motivated personality.

Inventory Control (IC Dept.)

IC manager is a key position in our operation. It requires major attention to detail, excellent computer and communication skills, and an organized approach to your required day to day duties. Wages usually range from $9-$12 - depending on experience, qualifications and tenure. Requirements include the ability to be on your feet off and on throughout the day, lifting (up to 50lbs) and some bending and squatting is also required.

Retail Management Team

Each of our stores retain a management team consisting of entry level key holders, assistant managers and general manager (GM). Although some entry level positions are filled by applicants with outside experience, usually our management consists of employees that have been promoted from within the organization. Depending on availability and qualifications this promotion can take place at a rather fast pace. Wages can range from $8 to $25hr plus bonus potential. To be successful in a management position you will need to be able to fulfill the requirements of all other positions listed above. Additionally you need to be able to handle your emotions under pressure and have a leadership quality that allows you to supervise employees as well as represent our company in a positive manner to the community.
